Charlton Primary School has two Before and After School clubs offering wrap-around care to all age groups.
These are called 'A-BASC' (Acorns Before and After School Care) and Charlton Before and After School Club'
A-BASC (Acorns Before and After School Care)
A-BASC is run and administered directly by the school and operates within our Pre-School classroom called 'Acorns'.
Taking children from 3 to 11 years old.

The is managed by Yolanda Owen who was recognised by Ofsted as an outstanding provider of childcare in February 2015.
The staff are all DBS checked and are committed to on-going training and professional development.
All employer childcare vouchers are accepted.
Both breakfast and After School Club sessions are very popular and we operate a waiting list for those parents requiring regular sessions. Occasional childcare places are sometimes available. Please do call to enquire.

A-basc (acorns before and after school care)
Catering for children aged 3-11, A-BASC is run and administered directly by the school and operates within our Pre-School nursery base called 'Acorns'.
Based within our Acorns Pre-school base, A-BASC is a breakfast and after school club that provides stimulating, child-initiated activities within a safe, friendly, inclusive environment. A-BASC operates in harmony with the Charlton’s values and ethos. Children can relax and spend time with other children on activities like board games, drawing, painting, construction and reading. We think of A-BASC as a ‘home from home’ space, which is less structured than the school day.
A-BASC is managed by Lorraine Brew.
